Wood Badge for the 21st century is the premier adult leadership develop course for the Boy Scouts of America. It teaches contemporary leadership and team-building skills in a comfortable outdoor setting, where learners become members of their own Troop. Participants work together in patrols, take part in numerous activities and presentations.  The 21st Century Wood Badge incorporates the best of all Scouting experiences and outdoor leadership in addition to drawing upon the most current leadership models used in corporate America.
