The blue ghost flap is the fifth in the ghost series for our lodge. It was made to be a fund raiser at conclave in 1999 which was held at Camp Binachi just outside of Meridian, Mississippi. The flap was first offered for sale on April 16 at the conclave. There were XXX of the flaps made and even though they did not all sell at the conclave, there were only a few left and they sold out at the next lodge event.
