The F-3 was first issued in 1975. There was no fleur-de-lis on this flap. The orange twill background flap has a light blue rolled edge. The date shows that the lodge was chartered in 1940 but all other anniversary flaps and all documentation found at this time show that the lodge was first chartered in 1941. The traditional turtle and dogwood blossoms are reduced considerably in size on this flap. No color sceme to date has been such a radical change from the original design.
