The 99 service flap is the fifth in the service flap series. It was awarded to 41 arrowmen who met the qualifications for the service honor. The flaps were awarded at the annual banquet, which was held in Corinth, on January 15. Each person was awarded one flap and was allowed to buy another flap. Everyone who earned a flap purchased an extra flap which made a total of 82 flaps that were in the possession of arrowmen. The remaining flaps were burned, except for 5 that were placed in the lodge collection. That made a total of 87 of these flaps in circulation. For this reason, this is a very sought after flap in our lodge.
