99 Conclave Flap (S-39)

The 1999 Conclave Flap design was submitted by Nicky Johnston and approved by the insignia committee. The insignia committe thought that the flap could be sucessfully used as a trading flap to go along with the annual ghost flap at the upcoming conclave at Camp Binachi near Meridian. Since the ghost flap for this year was the Blue Ghost flap, the border of this flap was also made blue. The flap incorperated all the basic components of our current lodge flap set, even though the dogwood blossoms are yellow, and had the information "1999 Conclave" and the location of the conclave, "Camp Binachi" printed on the flap. This flap was first offered for sale at the conclave on April 16 and most flaps were sold at the conclave. Those remaining flaps sold shortly after that. There were XXX flaps ordered and two were put in the lodge flap collection.
