The S-22 flap was intended to be a service flap for the year 1995. There were 113 patches made and some were not of top quality. One flap was given to each member who earned the service flap. Click on the service button below to see the requirements for earning the flap. There were 26 arrowmen who earned the flap. Each arrowman who earned the flap could purchase one additional flap. There were some problems that arrose about what to do with the excess patches since they were to only be given or sold to the arrowmen who earned them. It was decided that this flap would be changed from a service flap to a very limited edition flap and a new service flap be designed. The remaining patches were sold to the membership on a first come first serve basis.
