This flap, designated S-12, was designed to commerate the 50th anniversary of Chicksa 202 and was sold in early 1991. It has two Chickasaw Indians, the traditional loggerhead snapping turtle, the rising sun, a single dogwood blossom, a gold mylar border, and a gold mylar fleur-di-leus. The flap was sold until the 300 flaps were gone and there was no reorder. This flap is affectionately known as the "Bevis & Butthead Flap".
